30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. These include:
